Our Apostolic Doctrine
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” – 2 Timothy 3:16.
“The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;
The judgements of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.”
– Psalm 19:7-9
Some of the principles of our doctrine are as follows:
- Salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ exclusively.
- Repentance and Faith in Christ for the Remission of Sins.
- Baptism by Immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- The Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues.
- A life of humility, consecration, and Godliness.
- The imminent pre-millennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- The resurrection and rapture of the true Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
- The final judgment of the living dead.
- The final establishment of the New Heaven, and New Earth, and New Jerusalem wherein dwelleth righteousness.
- Standing for all scripture, rightly divided.
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, giving a true history of the creation of the heavens and the earth, and of mankind, and containing a correct prophecy of the ages to come regarding the heavens, and the earth and the destiny of man. Furthermore, there is no salvation outside of that which is contained within its pages.
